摘要
论文从阐述铁路国有企业劳动定额管理实施必要性的角度着手,对其存在的问题及相应对策进行分析,望此次研究的内容和结果,能为现今国有企业的人力资源管理提供可供参考的建议。
This paper analyzes the problem existing in labor quota management of state - owned railway enterprises and its countermeasures, from the implementation necessity of this quota management, and hoping the contents and results of this study can provide re ference for the human resource management of state-owned enterprises.
