摘要
论文主要就人力资源战略在中小企业竞争战略中的重要性进行阐述,针对目前我国中小企业人力资源管理中存在的问题,提出几点关于人力资源战略研究的建议,希望对相关人员的研究工作提供些许参考价值。
This paper mainly describes the importance of human resource strategy in the competitive strategy of small and medium-sized enterprises, aiming at the problems of human resources management in small and medium-sized enterprises, puts forward some suggestions on human resource strategy study, hoping to provide some reference value for the re search work of relevant personnel.
