摘要
建筑工程主要成本来自于施工阶段,在施工阶段主要由土建和安装两部分组成,论文重点讨论的是建筑安装成本,安装的成本来源于材料费和人工费。笔者结合多年的工作经验和相关的理论知识对建筑安装的劳务成本进行科学解析。
The main cost of construction projects is from the construction stage. The construction phase is mainly composed of two parts： civil construction and installation. This article focuses on the construction and installation costs, the cost of installation is composed of material cost and labor cost. Based on years of work experience and relevant theoretical knowledge, the author analyzes the labor cost of construction and installation.
