电子商务进入农村,能够帮助农村打开市场,促进农村经济发展。我国的农村电子商务处于初级阶段,农民对电子商务知识掌握薄弱,农村电子商务人才缺乏严重。论文针对广西农村电子商务人才建设进行研究,论述了广西农村电子商务人才建设的现状,以及广西农村电子商务人才建设的培养方案。我国农村电子商务基础薄弱,培养优秀的电子商务人才,是广西农村电子商务建设的关键。

The enter of e-commerce in rural areas can help the rural market developent and promote the development ofrttral economy. China＇s rural e-commerce is in the initial stage, farmers have aweak grasp of e-commerce knowledge, the lack of e-commerce professionals in rural areas is serious. This paper focuses on the construction of rural e-commerce talents, discusses the current situation of the construction of e-commerce talents, as well as its training programs. China＇s rural electronic commerce foundation is weak, so the cultivation of excellent e-commerce talents is the key for the construction of Guangxi rural e-commerce.
