摘要
地铁车辆受电弓及车顶状态在线检测系统利用非接触式图像测量技术,实现对受电弓滑板磨耗、中心线偏移、工作压力等关键特性参数的在线检测和车顶异物,车顶关键部件缺失、变形等异常检测功能。系统可以有效提高地铁车辆受电弓及车顶状态的检修效率,有效保障地铁车辆的运营安全。
The non-contact image measurement technology is used in the on-line detection system of the pantograph and the roof condition of Metro vehicles, which can be used to detect the key characteristic parameters of pantograph slide plate, center line offset and working pressure. It can also complete the detections such as the foreign body on the roof, the missing and abnormality of key parts of the roof. The system can effectively improve the efficiency of the maintenance of the subway vehicle pantograph and roof, and effectively guarantee the safety of metro vehicles.
