在水泥厂的生产过程中使用变频器节能效果明显,因此在目前的水泥厂中都会运用这种节能的调整装备。但随着变频器的使用,在实际过程中就经常出现一些问题,文中就水泥厂变频器的一些常见的问题进行探讨,并就其问题产生的原因进行分析,找出其处理的方式,提高水泥厂变频器的使用效率。

In the cement production process, the saving effect of inverter energy is obvious, so the current cement plant usually uses this energy-saving adjustment equipment. But with the use offTequency converter, there are some problems in the application process. In this paper, some common problems of cement plant converter were discussed, and analyzed the reasons of these problems, aims to find out the way of processing the problems, and improve the use efficiency of cement factory inverter.
