The early intervention of maintenance profession in the reconstruction of existing railway lines is necessity and importance. Aiming at the new situation of the transformation and operation management of the existing railway lines, this paper probes into how to organize the work of public works early, discusses the key points of the personnel management and the intervention work ,and the communication mechanism, so as to ensure the safe and smooth opening of the existing railway lines.
