银杏叶提取液绿色制备纳米银颗粒 被引量:5

摘要 以银杏叶提取液为保护剂及还原剂,采用化学还原法合成纳米银溶胶。采用X射线衍射仪、环境扫描电镜、透射电镜和紫外-可见光谱仪对所制样品进行了表征。结果表明:所制备的纳米银粒径较小,分布均匀;反应时间、硝酸银溶度用量、提取液用量及反应温度等因素对纳米银的粒径和形貌有着较大的影响;当硝酸银溶液用量为0.7 m L、提取液用量为8 m L、反应温度为50℃时,所得到的纳米银粒径最小。 Silver nano colloids were prepared by the chemical reduction method usng Ginkgo Biloba leaf extract as the protective agent and Reductant.The characterization of synthesised specimens were studied by X-ray powder diffraction,scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscopy and UV-vis spectuam.The results indicated that the obtained silver nanoparticles were small with uniform distribution.The amount of silver nitrate standard solution and leaf extract,reaction time and reaction temperature played important roles in the size and morphology of silver nanoparticles.The smallest silver naopartilces were obtained when the consumption of silver nitrate and leaf extract was 0.7 m L and 8 m L respectively,and the reaction temperature was 50 ℃.
