摘要
早期复极综合征与恶性心律失常有关,为心电生理领域的研究新热点。本文就早期复极综合征的流行病学、遗传背景、心电图诊断与鉴别、临床特点、发病机制、危险分层和治疗进展进行综述。
Early repolarization syndrome has been associated with malignant arrhythmia and gradually this has become a new hot spot of research in the electrophysiological field. Epidemiology, genetic background, electrocardiogram diagnosis and differentiation, pathogenesis, clinical characteristics, risk stratification, and progress in treatment research on early repolarization syndrome were reviewed in this paper.
