卡氏肺孢子菌肺炎药物治疗研究进展

Advances in research on medicine therapy in treating Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia

卡氏肺孢子菌肺炎是一种机会感染性疾病,多见于免疫功能低下者。近年来发现免疫治疗及中药或民族用药在卡氏肺孢子菌肺炎治疗方面有很好的疗效,且具有毒副作用小等优点。本文对卡氏肺孢子菌肺炎的药物治疗研究最新进展进行了综述,以期为临床治疗提供参考。

An opportunistic infection caused by pneumocystis carinii, P carinii pneumonia （PCP）, remains an important cause of morbidity and mortality in immunocompromised hosts. Recent studies found immuno-ther- apy and traditional Chinese medicine have good effect for treating PCP, which have a tiny adverse effect. In this paper the new research progress on the medicine therapy in treating PCP are reviewed, in order to provide reference for further clinical treatment.
