我国聋人高校支持服务现状及优化策略探讨

Study on Supporting Services and Optimization Strategy of Chinese Deaf Colleges

为了使聋人大学生更加公平、充分地享受高等教育,更好地促进残疾人高等教育的发展,必须重视高校的支持服务建设。文章对当前国内聋人高校的支持服务现状进行考察,发现其在不同层面上存在不同程度的问题,并相应地提出了优化高校对聋生的学习支持、师资支持、环境支持、交流支持及综合服务支持等策略建议。各高校应积极借鉴有益经验,联合探索并完善支持服务体系,推动聋人高等教育的健康发展。

In order to make the deaf college students enjoy higher education fairly and fully, to promote the development of higher education for disabled persons, we must pay more attention to the college＇s construction of support services. This article explored the present situation of a few of colleges about the current domestic recraitment support services for the deaf students＇, found that there＇re different problems on different levels in those colleges, and accordingly putting forward the optimization for deaf students such as the learning support, teachers＂ support, the support environment, communication and comprehensive support services and so on. Colleges should actively learn from good experiences, jointly explore and consummate the support services, to promote the healthy development of higher education of the deaf.
