中医药科普调查研究现状分析——基于文献计量与内容分析的双重视角

Research Status Analysis on the Surveys of TCM Popularization:In the Angles of Biliometrics and Content Analysis

目的:通过回顾梳理我国的中医药科普调查研究现状,分析评价其中存在的问题,并提出意见与建议。方法:在中国知网CNKI进行2007-2015年的主题文献检索,并运用文献计量法和内容分析法对筛选结果进行定量分析。结果:统计发现,中医药科普调查研究的相关学术论文主要刊登在医学、卫生专业期刊上;主要研究者为医学、卫生专业研究人员;调查对象主要为卫生服务需求者;主要议题涉及中医社会认同度、就医行为、中医药基础理论、养生保健等;问卷式调查是中医药科普调查研究采用的主要研究方法。结论:中医药科普调查成果缺乏比较固定的发表阵地,相关研究比较零散;文章主题涉及面比较广泛,中医药养生保健相关问题是重点;中医药科普调查缺乏社会科学专业人才的参与,缺乏标准,未形成量化标准。

Objective： To analyze and evaluate the problem of the social survey of traditional Chinese Medicine status in China, and raise some ideas or opinions, by reviewing and combing the whole. Methods： By carry on the retrieval of the theme words in the past 9 years （2007-2015） with CNKI knowledge network in China, and analyze the result selected out via bibliometrics and content analysis. Results： Statistics found that, the academic papers about the social survey of Chinese Medicine are mainly published in the professional journals of medical science and hygiene. The principal investigators of the social survey of Chinese Medicine research are professional researchers in medical science and hygiene. The main topics refer to identification and the basic theory of Chinese Medicine, the behavior of seeking medical service and the life cultivation and health preservation. Questionnaire method is primarily used in this research. Conclusion： The social survey of Chinese Medicine lacks a main position for publication and the relevant researches have no system. The themes involve a wide range and the main force has been put on the Chinese Medicine in life cultivation and health preservation. The social survey of Chinese Medicine, which is short of professional careers and standards, has not formed a quantitative criterion.
