中药防治髋部骨折深静脉血栓形成的用药规律研究

Analysis on Medication Rule in Herbal Prescriptions for Deep Vein Thrombosis of Hip Fracture

目的:分析中药防治髋部骨折深静脉血栓形成的用药规律。方法:通过中国知网、维普、万方、中国生物医学文献数据库搜集1990-2016年中药防治髋部骨折深静脉血栓形成的处方,采用中医传承辅助平台(TCMISS)软件分析处方中各种药物的使用频次、四气、五味、归经、归类、药物之间的关联规则等。结果:对191个中药处方进行分析,用药频率较高的中药有当归、红花、赤芍、川芎、牛膝、桃仁、黄芪等。药物的四气分布主要为温、平、凉;五味分布主要为苦、辛、甘;归经分布主要为肝、心、脾、肾。药物的归类主要为伞形科、菊科、毛茛科。当归、赤芍、红花、川芎、桃仁、地龙、黄芪等均为临床防治髋部骨折深静脉血栓形成最常用的中药。结论:中药防治髋部骨折深静脉血栓形成以益气活血为主要治法,常用处方为补阳还五汤。

Objective： To analyze the medication rule in herbal prescriptions for deep vein thrombosis of hip fracture. Methods： Herbal prescriptions for deep vein thrombosis of hip fracture were searched from Chinese Na- tional Knowledge Infrastructure, VIP database, Wanfang database and Chinese Biomedical Database, from1990 to 2016. We used Chinese medicine inheritance support system （TCMISS） to analyze the frequency, four natures and five flavors, meridian entry, plant classification of drugs, and the association rules between drugs. Results： Based on the analysis of 191 herbal prescriptions, herbs used with high frequency were Danggai （Radix Angelicae Sinensis）, Honghua （Flos Carthami）, Chishao （Radix Paeoniae Rubra）, Chuanxiong （Rhizoma Chuanxiong）, Niuxi （Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae）, Taoren （Semen Persicae）, Huangqi （Radix Astragali）, et al. Four natures of drugs were mainly consisting of warmth, neutral and coolness. Five flavors of drugs were mainly consisting of bitter, pungent and sweet. Meridian entrys were mainly consisting of liver, heart, spleen and kidney. Plant classifica- tions of drugs were mainly consisting of Apiaceae, Asteraceae and Ranunculaceae. Danggui （Radix Angelicae Sinensis）, Chishao （Radix Paeoniae Rubra）, Honghua （Flos Carthami）, Chuanxiong （Rhizoma Chuanxiong）, Taoren （Semen Persicae）, Dilong （Pheretima）, Huangqi （Radix Astragali） were the most commonly used traditional Chi- nese Medicine for deep vein thrombosis of hip fracture. Conclusion： The principles of treatment for deep vein thrombosis of hip fracture is tonifying qi and activating blood, the most commonly used traditional Chinese medicine prescription was Tonifying Yang Decoction for Recuperation.
