合肥市各级医院抗生素类药物使用现状研究

Antibiotic medicines using status quo in Hefei City

目的:探讨合肥市各级医院抗生素类药物使用现状。方法:采用分层抽样调查调查合肥市各级医院2014年度抗生素临床应用情况,探讨其不合理应用情况。结果:抗生素在临床上广范应用,使用中存在着许多不规范的问题,如剂量不合理、重复用药、多联用药等。结论:合肥市各级医院的抗生素使用存在一定的不合理情况,应规范抗生素使用。

Objective：To explore the antibiotic drug use situation in different levels hospitals of Hefei city. Methods：We took the clinical application of antibiotics with stratified sampling survey in different levels hospitals of Hefei city in 2014, and to explore its reasonable application.Results：The antibiotics used had many nonstandard problems in clinical application, such as unreasonable dosage,repeated drug use, muhigang drug use, etc. Conclusion：Antibiotic use has certain unreasonable situation, antibiotics should be specification used in different levels hospitals of Hefei city.
