Lisfranc关节损伤患者的影像学诊断

Imaging diagnosis of Lisfranc joint injury

目的:探讨Lisfranc关节损伤患者的影像学诊断方法及效果。方法:选取收治的疑似Lisfranc关节损伤患者56例,随机将这些患者分为常规X线平片组(n=28)和64层螺旋CT组(n=28)两组,对两组患者的Lisfranc关节损伤检出情况进行统计分析。结果:常规X线平片组28例患者中,经手术或临床综合诊断为Lisfranc关节损伤25例,其中常规X线平片检出20例,检出率为80.0%;64层螺旋CT组28例患者中,经手术或临床综合诊断为Lisfranc关节损伤25例,其中64层螺旋CT检出25例,检出率为100.0%。64层螺旋CT组患者的检出率显著高于常规X线平片组(P<0.05)。结论:Lisfranc关节损伤患者的64层螺旋CT诊断检出率显著高于常规X线平片。

Objective：To investigate the imaging diagnostic methods and results of Lisfrane joint injury patients. Methods：56 cases of patients with suspected Lisfrane joint injury in hospital were selected, they were randomly divided into routine X-ray group （n=28） and 64 slice spiral CT （n=28） two groups. The lisfranc joint damage detection of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results：Among the 28 eases of patients in the routine X-ray group, confirmed by surgery or clinical diagnosis of injury of Lisfrane joints 25 cases, X-ray diagnosis 20 cases,the detection rate was 80%; Among the 28 cases of patients in the 64 slice spiral CT group, confirmed by surgery or clinical diagnosis of injury of Lisfranc joints 25 cases, 64 layer spiral CT diagnosis 25 cases, the detection rate was 100%. The detection rate of the 64 slice spiral CT group was significantly higher than the routine X-ray plain film group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The detection rate of 64 slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of patients with Lisfranc joint injury is significantly higher than the routine X-ray plain film.
