超声影像技术在乳腺癌诊断中的应用与进展(综述)

The application and progress of ultrasonic imaging techniques in the diagnosis of breast cancer

乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,给女性的健康带来了严重危害,能够早期发现、早期诊断对乳腺癌的治疗和预后是至关重要的。超声检查已经成为临床诊断乳腺癌的主要影像学检查方法,尤其是超声影像新技术的迅猛发展及应用,乳腺癌的早期诊断正确率得到较大提高。该文回顾了常规超声影像技术(二维灰阶超声和多普勒超声)的应用现状,并介绍了新型超声影像技术在乳腺癌诊断中的应用进展。

Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumor in women, leading serious damage to the health of women. Early detection and early diagnosis is crucial to the treatment and prognosis of breast cancer. Ultrasound has become the main imaging examination method in diagnosis of breast cancer. With the rapid development of new technologies and applications of ultrasonic image,early diagnosis accuracy of breast cancer has been improved greatly. This paper has reviewed the present situation of the application of conventional ultrasound imaging techniques and introduced the application progress of new type ultrasonic imaging techniques.
