采用中心静脉导管引流治疗自发性气胸46例临床分析

摘要 目的:采用中心静脉导管引流治疗自发性气胸观察临床疗效。方法:收集自发性气胸患者92例,随机分为中心静脉导管引流组和粗硅胶管引流组各46例,比较两组患者的疗效及并发症。结果:中心静脉导管引流组自发性气胸治疗有效率93.55%,粗硅胶管引流组自发性气胸治疗有效率93.33%,两组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而中心静脉导管组患者住院时间及并发症发生率等方面均较粗硅胶管组为少,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:应用中心静脉导管引流治疗自发性气胸疗效肯定,住院时间短,并发症少,值得临床推广应用。 Objective:Clinical observation of central venous catheter drainage in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax.Methods:Collect 92 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax hospitalized in hospital period were randomly divided into central venous catheter drainage group and the coarse silicon tube drainage group, 46 cases in each group, compared two groups of patients with curative effect and complications.Results:The effective rate of spontaneous pneumothorax in central venous catheter drainage group was 93.55%, and the effective rate of spontaneous pneumothorax treatment in the control group was 93.33%, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P〉 0.05).However, the time of hospitalization and complication rate of central venous catheter group were less than those of the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.05).Conclusion:Application of central venous catheter drainage in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax has definite curative effect, shorter hospitalization time, less complications, and is suitable for clinical application.
