高位结扎联合腔内激光闭合术治疗大隐静脉曲张临床分析

The clinical analysis of treating varicose saphenous vein with the combination of high ligation and endovenous laser treatment

目的:探讨高位结扎联合腔内激光闭合术(EVLT)治疗大隐静脉曲张的疗效。方法:回顾性分析82例下肢大隐静脉曲张患者的病例资料,所有患者均在硬腰联合麻醉下行大隐静脉高位结扎联合腔内激光闭合术,术后观察患者并发症发生率及治疗效果,并回访患者的满意度。结果:症状缓解率100%,治疗效果满意。术后常见的并发症有皮下瘀血、踝部及脚部水肿、手术区静脉炎性反应,发生率4%~7%,随访2~25个月,无复发。所有患者手术时间、住院时间及术后疼痛率显著优于传统手术。结论:高位结扎联合腔内激光闭合术治疗大隐静脉曲张疗效良好、并发症较少、复发率低、外观美容、患者易于接受,优于传统手术,可以在临床中推广应用。

Objective：To evaluate the curative effect of treating varicose saphenous vein with the combination of high ligation and endovenous laser treatment;Methods：Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 82 patients with varicose saphenous vein. All were treated with the combination of high ligation and endovenous laser treatment by combined spinal-epidural anal gesia, incidence of complication and treatment effect after operation has been observed, followed up the degree of satisfaction of patients;Results：All the patients got good therapy result, The late symptom relief rate was 100%; The common complications included subcutaneous stasis, the swell of foot and ankle and phlebitis.The incidence rate is 4%-7%.The 2-25months follow-up showed no recurrence; All patients with operation time, length of hospital stay and postoperative pain rate is significantly better than traditional surgeries. Conclusion：The combination of high ligation and endovenous laser treatment has better effect, litter complication, lower recurrence, better appearance and easier to be accepted in the treatment of varicose saphenous vein. The way is worth promoting in clinical practice.
