腔隙性脑梗塞患者进行综合护理的临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in Patients with Lacunar Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨综合护理在腔隙性脑梗塞患者临床护理中的应用价值。方法:选取腔隙性脑梗塞患者66例,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组(33例,给予综合护理)、对照组(33例,给予常规护理),对比两组患者的护理效果及护理满意度。结果:护理前,两组患者的美国国立卫生院脑卒中量表(NIHSS)总评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理1周后,观察组患者的NIHSS总评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度为97.0%,也明显高于对照组75.7%(P<0.05)。结论:应用综合护理,有助于促进腔隙性脑梗塞患者神经功能恢复,缩短住院时间,提高满意度。

Objective：To explore the value of comprehensive nursing in clinical nursing of patients with lacunar cerebral infarction.Methods：66 patients with lacunar cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group （33 cases） and control group （33 eases）. The patients were divided into observation group （33 eases） and routine nursing group Nursing effect and nursing satisfaction.Results：There was no significant difference in the NIHSS score between the two groups before and after nursing （P〉 0.05）.After one week of nursing,the NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈 0.05）.In comparison,the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group （P〈 0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （75.7%,P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The application of comprehensive nursing can help to improve the recovery of neurological function, shorten the hospitalization time and improve the satisfaction of patients with lacunar cerebral infarction.
