精准医学体系下的医学教育思考

Reflections on Medical Education under the Background of Precision Medicine System

随着医学模式的发展,精准医学逐渐替代传统医学模式,成为医学发展的未来方向和必然趋势。目前,精准医学体系建设尚处于起步阶段,广大医务人员对其缺乏充分了解。因此,医学教育应采取适当措施,如:加强精准医学理念教育;改革目前医学教育格局,优化精准医学人才培养体系;灌输学科交叉培养和团队精神,建立适合精准医学发展的综合诊疗模式;激发医务人员的科研意识和创新思维,促进临床研究的开展。通过以上努力,以期在更大程度上促进我国精准医学的健康发展。

With the improvement of the medical model, precision medicine pattern has become the mainstream of the future medicine, unfortunately,which is not well recognized by the majority of clinicians. Thus, some measures should be taken in the process of medical education such as elucidating the concept of precision medicine, reforming the current traditional teaching patterns, developing the education system more suitable for precision medicine, taking care of interdisciplinary training and team spirit applied in clinical practice, constructing muhidiseiplinary teamwork model, as well as encouraging the innovation and scientific research in the clinic.We hope these measures can help to further promote the development of precision medicine in China.
