摘要 目的:探讨翻转课堂结合微课在培训新入职护士中的效果。方法:选取2015年3月-2016年3月新招聘护士30人为观察组,2014年3月-2015年3月招聘护士30人为对照组,对照组护士采用常规培训方法,而观察组护士采用翻转课堂教学模式结合微课进行培训,培训后对两组人员的理论考试成绩和护理技能操作考试及轮科时的科室考核进行分析。结果:观察组的理论、护理操作技能及科室考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:翻转课堂教学模式结合微课在培训新入职护士中,能有效调动护士学习的积极性,提高临床护理能力,有利于新护士综合素质的培养。 Objective:To explore the application effect of flipped classroom combined with micro class in training new recruits.Methods:from March 2015 to March 2016 in the new recruit nurses in our hospital 30 as observation group,March 2014 to March 2015 to recruit 30 nurses as the control group, the control group using conventional methods of nurse training, while the observation group nurses using flip classroom teaching mode combined with micro course training, comparative analysis of two groups of personnel department assessment theory examination results and nursing skills examination and the training department.Results:The observation group of the theoretical achievements and the scores of skills, nursing department examination scores were higher than the control group (P 〈 0.05).Conclusion:The flip classroom teaching mode combined with the micro course in the training of new nurses, can effectively mobilize the nurses to learn, improve the clinical nursing ability,is conducive to the cultivation of comprehensive quality of new nurses.
