妊娠期血小板减少症的并发症及围生期的护理

Complications of pregnancy-associated thrombocytopenia and nursing in perinatal period

目的:探讨妊娠期血小板减少症的并发症及围生期的护理措施。方法:选取收治的妊娠合并血小板减少症的产妇86例,按照随机数字表法,分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组行围生期常规护理,观察组行围生期全面护理,比较两组妊娠结局、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果:对照组顺产率为76.74%,观察组顺产率为81.40%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组均未出现早产儿、巨大儿,胎儿无窒息情况发生;观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠合并血小板减少症患者围术期行全面护理,可有效减少患者的并发症发生情况,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective：To investigate the complications and mJrsing in perinatal period of pregnancy-associated thrombocytopenia.Methods：86 eases of women with pregnancy-associated thrombocytopenia in hospital were enrolled, all were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,43 eases in each group. Patients in the control group received perinatal routine nursing, while the patients in the observation group received perinatal comprehensive nursing.The pregnancy outcomes, complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results：The mortality rate of the control group and observation group was 76.74% and 81.40% respectively, there was no significant deference （P〉 0.05）;There was no premature children,huge children,fetal suffocation in the two groups;The incidence of complications of observation group was lower than that of the control group, the deference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）;The satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion：Perinatal comprehensive nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of complications of patients with pregnancy-associated thromboeytopenia, improve the care satisfaction.
