气囊止血器和旋压止血器的止血效果对比

Comparison the hemostatic effect of balloon compressor and spinning compressor

目的:比较气囊止血器和旋压止血器在经皮冠脉介入术后桡动脉止血中的安全性、有效性及优缺点。方法:将纳入的患者随机分为旋压止血器组和气囊止血器组,每组120例。比较两组患者的止血效果、止血时间以及压迫后发生局部的并发症。结果:旋压止血器组止血成功率高于气囊止血器组,且止血时间更短(P<0.05)。此外,与气囊止血器组相比,血肿和淤青在旋压止血器组中的发生率较低(P<0.05),但是皮损以及桡动脉闭塞的发生率两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于经桡动脉穿刺的经皮冠脉介入治疗患者而言,旋压止血器的止血效果可能优于气囊止血器。

Objective：to compare the balloon tourniquet and spinning tourniquet in radial artery bleeding after primary percutaneous coronary interention （pet）, safety, efficacy and advantages and disadvantages. Methods： in patients were randomly divided into spinning tourniquet and balloon tourniquet group, each group of 120 people. To compare the hemostatic effect of two groups of patients, the bleeding time and local complications occmxed after compression.Results：spinning hemostat hemostatic rate higher than the halloon tourniquet group, and the bleeding time was shorter （P〈 0.05）. In addition, compared with balloon tourniquet group, hematoma and bruises in the low incidence in spinning tourniquet group （P〈 0.05）, but the incidence rate of skin lesions and radial artery occlusion there was no significant difference between the two groups （P〉 0.05）.Conclusion：for by the radial artery puncture for the treatment of patients with primary percutaneous coronary interention （pci）, spinning hemostat hemostalic effect may be superior to balloon tourniquet.
