摘要
为考察近等基因系间遗传背景相似的程度,鉴定了十对具不同抗性基因的大麦抗白粉病近等基因系对人工接种白粉病菌的抗性反应,并在田间条件下考察了抽穗期、开花期、株高、穗长、有效分蘗、结实小穗数和百粒重等七个数量性状。结果表明,感病系均表现为高感,抗病系表现从免疫到中抗等不同程度的抗性。在不同对的近等基因系之间,抽穗期、开花期、株高、穗长和结实小穗数等五个性状有极显著的差异。各近等基因系对内抗病系和感病系间在这七个性状上没有明显的差异。说明除抗白粉病性之外,这十对近等基因系内的抗病系和感病系的遗传背景高度相似。
To evaluate the extent of genetic similarity between paired isogenic lines carrying various genes for powdery mildew resistance, we tested the reaction of 10 pairs of barley isogenic lines to powdery mildew and examined 7 quantitative characters including heading date, flowering date, plant height, tillers/plant, spike length , number of seed-setting spikelets per head and kernel weight. The results showed that the disease level is high on the susceptible line, and low on the resistant line in all the 10 pairs of isogenic lines. There were highly significant differences in heading date, flowering date, plant height and number of seed-setting spikelets per head among different pairs of isogenic lines. No significant difference was detected in any of these 7 characters between the two lines within each isogenic pair. The results clearly demonstrated that the genetic background was highly uniform between the resistant and susceptible lines within each of the 10 pairs of the isogenic lines.
