卡替洛尔滴眼液与普萘洛尔联合治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的效果观察

Observation on the effect of combined application of carteolol eye drops and propranolol in the treatment of infantile hemangioma

目的观察卡替洛尔滴眼液与普萘洛尔联合治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的临床效果。方法选择我院收治的婴幼儿血管瘤患儿92例,使用随机数字表将患儿分为两组各46例,对照组患儿使用普萘洛尔治疗,观察组在此基础上联合卡替洛尔滴眼液治疗,对比两组患儿的治疗效果。结果对照组的治疗有效率为67.4%,低于观察组的89.1%,平均用药时间明显长于观察组,均显著差异(P<0.05),两组患儿的不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论外用卡替洛尔滴眼液与普萘洛尔联合治疗婴幼儿血管瘤可提高治疗效果,且不增加患儿的不良反应。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the combined application of carteolol eye drops and propranolol in the treatment of infantile hemangioma. Methods 92 cases of infants with hemangioma who were admitted to our hospital were selected. They were divided into two groups of 46 patients by the randomization table. The infants in the control group were given propranolol, and the infants in the observation group was further given combined use of carteolol eye drops on the basis of the control group. The therapuetic effect was compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of treatment in the control group was 67.4%, lower than that of 89.1% in the observation group. The average time of drug administration was significantly longer than that in the observation group, which was significantly different（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〉 0.05）. Conclusion The combination of topical carteolol eye drops and propranolol in the treatment of infantile hemangiom can improve the therapeutic effect and do not increase the adverse reactions of infants.
