畲药龙斑汤治疗酒精性肝炎的临床观察

Clinical observation of Sheyao Longban decoction in the treatment of alcoholic hepatitis

目的探讨畲药龙斑汤治疗酒精性肝炎的疗效。方法选取112例酒精性肝炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组予畲药龙斑汤治疗,对照组予易善复治疗,3个月后观察相关血清学指标、影像学变化及疗效情况。结果两组治疗后肝功能、凝血酶原时间(PT)、红细胞平均体积(MCV)、肝纤维化[透明质酸(HA)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、层粘连蛋白(LN)]3项、B超和CT改变情况比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后疗效比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),观察组优于对照组。结论畲药龙斑汤治疗酒精性肝炎具有较好的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the curative effect of Sheyao Longban decoction on alcoholic hepatitis. Methods 112 patients with alcoholic hepatitis were selected, and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group was treated with Sheyao Longban decoction, and the control group was treated with essentiale. The changes of relevant serum indices, imaging results and curative efficacy were observed after 3 months. Results After the treatment, the differences of the changes of liver function, prothrombin time（PT）, mean volume of red blood cells（MCV）, three indices of hepatic fibrosis[hyaluronie acid （HA）, type IU procollagen （PC m）, laminin （LN）], B ultrasound and CT were statistically significant（P〈0.05）; there was significant difference in the curative effects between the two groups after treatment（P〈0.05）, and the observation group was superior to the control group. Conclusion Sheyao Longban decoction has a good clinical value in the treatment of alcoholic hepatitis.
