痰热清注射液联合氨溴索对老年COPD与哮喘-COPD重叠综合征血清低氧诱导因子-1α及肺功能水平的影响研究

Effect of Tanreqing injection combined with ambroxol on serum hypoxia inducible factor-1α and pulmonary function in elderly COPD and asthma-COPD overlapping syndrome

目的探讨痰热清注射液联合氨溴索对老年COPD与哮喘-COPD重叠综合征血清低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)及肺功能水平的影响。方法选择2015年10月~2016年10月在我院确诊的69例老年COPD与哮喘-COPD重叠综合征患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组34例患者予以常规治疗,研究组35例患者在对照组基础上予痰热清注射液治疗。15 d为1个疗程。通过比较治疗前后两组患者临床症状以及相关指标的变化来探讨痰热清注射液联合氨溴索对老年COPD与哮喘-COPD重叠综合征血清低氧诱导因子-1α及肺功能水平的影响。结果治疗后,两组血清HIF-1α以及血清炎性因子水平均明显降低(P<0.05),研究组的HIF-1α、IL-10、TNF-α、IL-8水平低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后两组患者的FEV1、FVC与FEV/FVC水平提高(P<0.01),且研究组的肺功能指标均比对照组高(P<0.01);治疗后研究组患者的总有效率为94.29%,高于对照组的75.47%(P<0.05)。结论痰热清注射液联合氨溴索对老年COPD与哮喘-COPD重叠综合征血清低氧诱导因子-1α及肺功能水平有很好的调节作用,能明显改善患者的肺功能指标。

Objective To investigate the effect of Tanreqing injection combined with ambroxol on serum hypoxia-in- ducible factor-lot and lung function in COPD and asthma-COPD overlapping syndrome. Methods A total of 69 patients with elderly COPD and asthma-COPD overlapping syndrome diagnosed in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected for randomized controlled study. The control group with 34 cases was given routine treatment,and the study group with 35 cases was treated with Tanreqing injection treatment on the basis of the treatment of the control group. There were 15 days in 1 course. The effects of Tanreqing injection combined with ambroxol on serum hypoxia- inducible factor-lot and pulmonary function in elderly COPD and asthma-COPD overlapping syndrome were investigat- ed by comparing the changes of clinical symptoms and related indexes between the two groups before and after treat- ment. Results After treatment, the levels of serum HIF-1α and serum inflammatory factors decreased significantly in both groups （P〈0.05）. The levels of HIF-1α, IL-10, TNF-α and IL-8 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.01）. The levels of FEV1, FVC and FEV/FVC were increased in both groups after treatment （P〈0.01）. The pulmonary function of the study group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.01）. The total effec- tive rate of the study group was 94.29%, higher than that of the control group（75.47%） after treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclu- sion Tanreqing injection combined with ambroxol can regulate the levels of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α and pul- monary function in elderly COPD and asthma-PAD overlapping syndrome, which can significantly improve the index of pulmonary function of patients.
