降逆理气汤治疗胃癌术后胃瘫综合征的临床疗效

Clinical effect of Jiangni Liqi decoction in the treatment of gastric paralysis syndrome after gastric cancer surgery

目的研究降逆理气汤在治疗胃癌术后胃瘫综合征的疗效。方法选择2014年4月~2016年1月在我院住院的100例胃癌术后胃瘫综合征患者,随机分为治疗组50例和对照组50例,对照组在常规治疗的基础上加莫沙必利5 mg口服和胃复安10 mg静脉点滴,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用降逆理气汤治疗。比较两组治疗前、治疗后3 d、7 d的血清白蛋白、胃动素(MIT)和血管活性肽水平(VIP)的变化。结果 (1)两组治疗前血清白蛋白比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后3 d、7 d血清白蛋白较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)两组治疗前血清胃动素差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后3 d、7 d血清中胃动素水平治疗组较对照组显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)两组治疗前血清血管活性肽,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后3 d、7 d血清中血管活性肽水平较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论降逆理气汤能够促进血清白蛋白升高,提高胃动素水平,降低血管活性肽水平,对胃癌术后胃瘫综合征有良好的治疗作用。

Objective To study the effect of Jiangni Liqi decoction in treating gastroparesis syndrome after gastric cancer surgery. Methods A total of 100 patients with gastric paralysis syndrome after gastric cancer surgery who were hospital- ized from April 2014 to January 2016 were chosen and randomly divided into treatment group（n=50） and control group （n=50）. The control group was treated with mosapride 5 mg oral and metoclopramide 10 mg intravenous drip on the basis of the conventiona treatment. The treatment group was treated with Jiangni Liqi decoction on the basis of control group. The changes of serum albumin, motilin（MIT）and vasoactive peptide （VIP） level were compared before treatment and at 3 days and 7 days after treatment. Results （1）There before treatment （P〉0.05）. And the serum albumins in the was no difference in serum albumin between the two groups treatment group at 3 days and 7 days after treatment in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.（2）There was no significant difference in serum motilin between the two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）, and the serum motilin levels in the treatment group at 3 days and 7 days after treatment were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.（3）There was no significant difference in serum va- soactive peptide between the two groups （P〉0.05）, and the vasoactive peptide levels in the treatment group at 3 days and 7 days after treatment in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were sta- tistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Jiangni Liqi decoction which can promote the increase of serum albumin and improve the level of motilin, and can reduce the level of vasoactive peptides, that has a good therapeutic effect on gas- troparesis syndrome after gastric cancer surgery.
