人性化护理在腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤切除术中的应用体会

The application experience of humanized nursing care in the laparoscopic hysteromyoma resection

目的比较两种不同护理模式在行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术中的应用。方法将2014年6月~2016年6月在我院麻醉科行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术的90例患者随机分为对照组44例和观察组46例。对照组采用传统护理方法,观察组采用人性化护理模式。比较两组患者在术中舒适程度与术中并发症发生率。结果观察组术中舒适度为82.60%,对照组为36.36%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术中并发症发生率为0,对照组为6.8%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤切除术患者中实施人性化护理模式,通过降低患者手术中的不适感受与并发症发生率,可明显提高手术安全性和手术质量,患者满意度高。

Objective The purpose is to compare the application of the two kinds of different nursing models in laparoscopic hysteromyoma resection. Methods 90 patients who received laparoscopic hysteromyoma resection in the anes- thesia department of our hospital from June, 2014 to June,2016 were randomly divided into the control group （44 cases） and the observation group （46 cases）.The traditional nursing methods were used for the control group, while the humanized nursing mode was adopted for the observation group.The intraoperative comfort and the incidence of complications of the two groups during the operation were compared. Results The intraoperative comfort of the observation group was 82.60% and that of the control group was 36.36%. The comparison of the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications of the observation group was 0 and that of the control group was 6.8%.The comparison of the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion By reducing their discomfort during the operation and the incidence of complications the implementation of humanized nursing mode in the patients with laparoscopic hysteromyoma resection can improve the security and quality of the operation. The patients can be with high satisfaction.
