细节护理对改善静脉留置针患者穿刺部位并发症发生率的影响分析

Effect of detailed nursing on improving the incidence of puncture site complications in patients with intravenous indwelling needle

目的探讨细节护理在延长静脉留置针留置时间并减少穿刺部位各种并发症的发生率中的价值。方法依据患者就诊的先后顺序从2015年6月~2016年6月来我院治疗并接受静脉留置针穿刺的患者中选取120例作为研究对象并通过抽签的方法将其分为试验组和对照组,对照组患者在治疗期间接受常规的静脉留置针护理措施,而试验组患者则在常规护理措施基础上辅以细节护理,比较两组患者静脉留置针留置时间以及穿刺部位并发症的发生率。结果试验组患者静脉留置针留置时间(3.7±1.4 d)较对照组(5.8±1.5 d)患者明显缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组留置期间各种并发症(感染、液体渗漏、导管堵塞、静脉炎)的发生率(15.00%)高于实验组(3.33%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将细节护理应用于接受静脉留置针穿刺患者治疗过程中,既能够减少护患矛盾的发生,又能够提升护理质量,效果显著,值得应用。

Objective To study and explore the value of detailed nursing in prolonging the time of indwelling needle retention and reducing the incidence of various complications at the puncture site. Methods 120 patients received intravenous indwelling needle aspiration from June 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected as the study subjects according to the order of treatment. The patients were divided into experimental group and control group through the method of drawing lots.The control group was treated with conventional intravenous indwelling needle nursing during the treatment, while the experimental group was given detailed nursing based on the conventional nursing. The similarities and differences in intravenous indwelling needle retention time and the incidence of complications at puncture site between the two groups were compared. Results The results showed that the intravenous indwelling needle retention time retention time（3.7±1.4 d） in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group（5.8±1.5 d）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence of various complications including infection, fluid leakage, catheter obstruction and phlebitis in the control group was 15.00%, significantly higher than that in the experimental group（3.33%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of detailed nursing in patients receiving venous indwelling needle puncture can reduce the occurrence of nurse-patient contradiction and improve the quality of nursing care in the treatment, with remarkable effect and it is worthy of application.
