摘要
目的:研究超声乳化术角巩膜缘切口与超声乳化术角膜切口两种不同切口对治疗白内障患者术后的切口修复时间、上皮修复时间及术后角膜散光的影响。方法:随机抽取2015年10月-2016年9月本院眼科收治的40例白内障患者作为研究对象,依据超声乳化术切口不同方式将患者分为角巩膜缘切口组(A组)和角膜切口组(B组),各20例。对比分析两组患者术后视力改善状况、切口修复时间及术后散光度。结果:A组的上皮以及切口的修复时间均短于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组术后1、2、4周的裸眼视力及最佳矫正视力均高于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组术后1、2、4周手术源性角膜散光度及平均角膜散光度均小于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声乳化术角巩膜缘切口的应用价值较超声乳化术角膜切口更高,其不仅能减轻手术对白内障患者切口的创伤、减少患者术后散光度,还能够促进患者术后视力的提升。
Objective: To study the phacoemulsification corneoscleral incision and phacoemulsification corneal incision on two different incisions for cataract patients with postoperative incision repair time, epithelial repair time and postoperative acuity corneal astigmatism effect.Method: 40 cataract patients in our hospital from October 2015 to September 2016 were randomly selected as the research objects, according to the different ways of phaeoemulsification incision were divided into corneoseleral incision group ( A group ) and corneal incision group ( B group ), 20 cases in each group.The postoperative visual acuity improvement, incision repair time and postoperative astigmatism of the two groups were analyzed.Result: The epithelial and incision repair time of A group were shorter than those in B group, the differences were statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) .The uncorrected visual acuity and best corrected visual acuity of A group at 1, 2 and 4 weeks after operation were higher than those in B group, the differences were statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) .1, 2, 4 weeks after operation, the source of corneal astigmatism and average corneal astigmatism of A group were less than those in B group, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05) .Conclusion: The application value of phacoemulsification corneoscleral incision phacoemulsification with corneal incision is higher, it can not only reduce the surgical trauma to the incision of cataract patients, reduce postoperative astigmatism degree, but also can promote the vision to promote patients after operation.
