46例慢性肾小球肾炎患者开展综合护理干预的工作体会

Experience of Carrying out Comprehensive Nursing in 46 Patients with Chronic Glomerulonephritis

目的:探讨慢性肾小球肾炎患者最佳的护理方法。方法:选取2015年7月-2016年12月在本院治疗的92例慢性肾小球肾炎患者,随机将患者分为对照组和观察组,各46例。对照组患者采取传统的护理方法,观察组患者进行综合护理干预,比较两组患者的肾功能、心理情况、生活质量及康复效果。结果:护理后,观察组患者的BUN、SCr均高于对照组,BUN/SCr低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的SAS和SDS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者的躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活状态评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性肾小球肾炎患者采取综合护理干预的方法,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To explore the best nursing methods for patients with chronic glomerulonephritis. Method： 92 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis in our hospital from July 2015 to December 2016 were selected, they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 46 cases in each group.The control group was taken with the traditional nursing method, the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention, the renal function, psychological status, quality of life and rehabilitation effect of the two groups were compared.Result： After nursing, the patients with the BUN, SCr of observation group were higher than those in control group, BUN/SCr was lower than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the obse,vation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05） .After nursing, the physical function, psychological function, social function, physical status scores of observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05） .After nursing, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with chronic glomerulonephritis, the effect is significant, worthy of clinical application.
