程序化健康教育对足月胎膜早破产妇分娩方式及效果的影响分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨程序化健康教育对足月胎膜早破产妇分娩方式及效果的影响。方法:回顾性分析2013年10月-2015年8月于本院产检发现足月胎膜早破产妇90例的临床案例,按其健康教育方法不同分为程序化组和常规组,各45例。常规组给予常规卫生宣教进行产前保健,程序化组给予程序化健康教育进行产前保健。统计分析两组产妇分娩方式、围生期不良结局及护理满意度情况。结果:程序化组的自然分娩率为44.44%,明显高于常规组的17.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。程序化组的剖宫产率为33.33%,明显低于常规组的55.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。程序化组围生期母婴不良结局总发生率为13.33%,明显低于常规组的33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。程序化组的护理总满意度为97.78%,明显高于常规组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于足月胎膜早破产妇,程序化健康教育能明显改善剖宫产发生率,还能降低围生期母婴不良结局发生率,提高护理满意度,值得临床进一步推广。 Objective: To investigate the effect of programmed health education on the delivery mode and the effect of premature rupture of membranes.Method: A total of 90 maternals with term premature rupture wereretrospectively analyzed from October 2013 to August 2015 in our hospital, according to intervention methods allocation principles, all patients were divided into the program group and the conventional group, 45 cases in each group.The conventional group was given regular health education for prenatal care, the program group was given programmed health education for prenatal care.The puerpera child birth way, adverse outcomes in the perinatal period and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Result: The natural birth rate of the program group was 44.44%, which was higher than 17.78% of the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) .The cesarean section rate of the program group was 33.33%, which was significantly lower than 55.56% of the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) . The total incidence of maternal and infantile aderse outcome of the program group in the perinatal period was 13.33%, which was lower than 33.33% of the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) .The total nursing satisfaction of the program group was 97.78%, which was higher than 80.00% of the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05) .Conclusion: To premature rupture of membranes, programmed health education can significantly decrease the cesarean delivery rate, can reduce the incidence of maternal and infantile aderse outcome in the perinatal period, and can also improve nursing satisfaction, it is worthy of further promotion in the clinical practice.
