摘要
对四年制高职学生素质特点,以四年制高职专业人才培养目标为准绳,实施跨专业、多项目、多途径和多元成果评价相结合的"多元"导师制,进行因材施教。重点做好导师选聘、项目设计、方式创新和成果评价等,并为导师制运行创造各种有利条件,确保"多元"导师制的运行效果,进而提高人才培养质量。
A teaching and training mode of "pluralism" tutorial system of crossing majors, multiple prnjeets, various ways and multivariate results evaluation is put torward in Jlnhua Volytecnie according to the characteristics of students' quality and the talents training target for four-year higher vocational education. The focuses should be put on the hiring of tutors, design of projects, innovation of implementation ways and achievement evaluation, ete., and all kinds of favorable conditions for tutorial system have been created so as to ensure the implementation effect and to improve the quality of personnel training.
