摘要
胚胎移植技术是生物工程技术的基础,也是动物繁殖课程实验教学的重要内容,其中胚胎采集技术是胚胎移植技术的关键环节,但胚胎移植由于技术要求高、成功率低、实验成本高,大多数学校未能组织实验教学。结合作者生产研究与实验教学的改革与创新经验,指出影响胚胎采集实验效果的关键因素是认真实施超数排卵程序,通过动物选取、胚胎采集器械创新,提出了一种简单而有效的胚胎采集实验教学方法。
Embryo transfer technique is the basic of bio-engineering technology, which is also an important part of experimental teaching of animal reproduction. Embryo collection is the key step of embryo transfer technique, but most colleges fail to organize this experimental teaching because of the high technical requirement, low success rate and high cost. According to our experience in reform and innovation of research and experimental teaching, it is indicated that the key factor of embryo collection is the process of super ovulation. The simple and effective teaching method in embryo collection is proposed by the innovation of the selection of animal and devices of embryo collection.
