金华市养老机构康复服务现状及需求调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Present Situation and Demand of Rehabilitation Services for the Pension Institutions in Jinhua

目的调查金华市养老机构内康复服务的现状及对康复服务的需求。方法采用自行设计的调查表对金华市8地43家养老机构进行问卷调查。结果在康复服务开展方面,有16.28%的养老机构设有康复训练场地并配备了相应的康复器械,2.33%的养老机构配有专业的康复治疗技术人员;在康复服务需求方面,养老机构对慢性病和肌骨骼疾病的康复需求较大,分别为90.7%和76.7%;在康复服务开展过程中,其困难主要包括专业技术人员数量不足及技能偏低、康复训练场地和训练器械缺乏以及政府支持力度不够等。结论金华市养老机构内康复服务需求与康复服务开展情况之间的冲突比较明显,高职院校应为老年康复技术人员的培养提供有效支持。

Objective To investigate the present situation and demand of rehabilitation services for the pension institutions in Jinhua. Method Investigate 43 pension institutions in 8 areas of Jinhua city with self-designed questionnaire. Result In the rehabilitation services, 16.28% pension institutions are equipped with rehabilitation training ground and rehabilitation equipment, while 7.69% pension institutions equipped with professional and technical personnel of the rehabilitation treatment. On demand for rehabilitation services, the rehabilitation demand of chronic disease and skeletal muscle disease is larger, which is 90.7% and 76.7% respectively. The main problem in carrying out rehabilitation service includes the quality and quantity shortness of professional and technical personnel, the lack of rehabilitation training venues and equipment, and insufficiency of government support. Conclusion The conflict between present situation and demand of rehabilitation services for the pension institutions in Jinhua is more obvious, and the higher vocational colleges should provide effective support for the training of the elderly rehabilitation technical personnel.
