摘要
静力学与模态分析的结果能反馈结构的设计和参数是否合理.利用有限元软件Ansys WorkBench对三维建模后的旋转接头芯轴结构进行静力学和模态分析.计算求得芯轴在静力状态下的等效应变、应力、位移和在模态分析下的低阶固有频率,并得到其应力、应变、位移、固有频率下的云图,使芯轴在设计的时候可以加强易磨损处的刚度和避开共振频率,对旋转接头芯轴的结构设计以及参数优化有一定的指导意义.
The results of statics and modal analysis are able to feedback wehther the design of the structure and the parameters is reasonable or not. The finite element software Ansys WorkBench was used to carry out statics and modal analysis on the structure of the rotating mandrel after 3D modeling. The equivalent strain, stress, displacement in a static condition and low order natural frequency under the modal analysis were calculated, and cloud charts of the stress, strain, displacement and natural frequency of the mandrel were obtained, which can enhance the stiffness where is easily abrased and avoid the resonance frequency. It has a reference for structure design and parameter optimization of rotary joint mandrel.
