摘要
详细分析了CRH3型动车组两种空气制动控制模式的设计和实现过程.这两种控制模式为在正常情况下使用的直通式电空制动和在故障或者救援时使用的自动式制动.两种控制模式相互独立、功能完备且性能可靠,同时二者又相互关联且可根据不同工况进行转换,以实现列车安全平稳运行.此外,CRH3型动车组制动系统还具有完善的故障诊断功能.
The design and implementation of two controlling modes for CRH3 electric multiple unit (EMU)pneumatic braking system were elaborated in detail. One controlling mode is the direct electricpneumatic(EP)brake used in the case of normal operation,and the other is automatic brake used in case of failure or rescue towing. Two controlling modes are operated individually with complete function and reliable performance. They are correlated and can he mutually switched according to different working conditions in order to ensure the safe operation of EMU. In addition, CRH3 EMU brake system has a function of complete fault diagnosis.
