摘要
魏光明老师工作近30年来,始终以平常心做平常事,孜孜不倦地行走在教育教学之路上。他把学生的发展与教师的成长放在首位,坚守着课堂主阵地,执着于教育科研,努力探寻从"核心知识"走向"核心素养"的教学路径,帮助教师进一步体验到教育的尊严与快乐,在学校、教师、学生长足发展的同时,也丰富、提升了自我。
Mr. Wei has been working for some 30 years, who always does normal things with a normal heart, and carefully and untiringly walks on the way of education. He gives priority to the development of students and the growth of teachers, sticks to the position of the forefront teaching, and persists in education research, trying to explore the teaching path of converting the core knowledge to the core accomplishment to help teachers experience their educational dignity and happiness.
