Construction of Famous Teacher Working Office and Promotion of Modeling Curriculum Leadership

名师是"经师"和"人师"的统一,作为一种课程领导力,具有示范性的教育价值。肇始于2012年,无锡市教育局在进一步深化国家、地区、学校三级课程管理体制建构的过程中,大力加强教师队伍建设,以名师工作室建设发展规划为推进蓝图,积极培育高素质的卓越教师,积累了比较成熟的有效策略、典型案例和实践经验。

Famous teachers are the unity of ＂knowledge-oriented teachers＂ and ＂moral-oriented teachers＂, and as a kind of curriculum leadership, it has the value of modeling education. Since the year of 2012, Wuxi Bureau of Education has further been deepening the constructing of curriculum administration system at the three levels of nation, region and school to enhance the development of teachers. Meanwhile, it has planned the development of famous teachers＇ working office to actively cultivate high-quality excellent teachers.
