蓝莓提取物中功效成分含量测定方法的探讨 被引量:8

摘要 对蓝莓提取物开展原花青素,前花青素,花青素、花色苷含量测定。以保健食品中原花青素、前花青素含量测定方法及国际商务部标准测定原花青素,前花青素,花青素、花色苷含量。蓝莓提取物中测定原花青素含量是127.8%,前花青素含量是226.8%,花青素含量25.4%,花色苷含量未测出,蓝莓提取物中以花青素类含量测定方法较合适。 Determination of proanthocyanidins,procyanidins,anthocyanins and anthocyanin in blueberry extract were studied. The determinations were carried out with proanthocyanidins and procyanidins’ content methods of function food and National Ministry of commerce standard. Content of proanthocyanidins was 127.8 %,content of procyanidins was 226.8 %. Content of anthocyanins was 25.4 %. Anthocyanin content was not measured. Determination of anthocyanins was suitable for blueberry extract.
