浅谈我国职业教育应用技术型管理类人才培养模式的构建

Building a Training Model for Applied Technology Management Talents in China's Vocational Education

从国家加快发展现代职业教育的重大战略出发,提出了我国职业教育应用技术型管理类人才培养的重要性;对现有高等教育人才培养模式进行了梳理和归纳;在调研大量企业需求的基础上提出了应用技术型管理类人才的培养规格,总结了高校在培养应用技术型管理类人才过程中的常见问题,最后从"重素养、重能力、强实践、复合型"的构建原则出发,提出了构建我国职业教育应用技术型管理类人才培养模式的对策。

This paper points out the strategic importance of applied management talents training in the background of the rapid development of modern vocational education. It sums up the current models and, based on enterprises＇ demands for personnel, puts forward some cultivation standards for applied technology management talents. It also analyses the common problems, and then puts forward some measures, including paying attention to students＇ attainments, ability and practice, and enhancing their interdisciplinary capacity, all of which should be important components of the applied technology management talents training model in China＇s vocational education.
