摘要 针对京津冀协同发展过程中对"流体传动及控制"专业人才的需求,分析了该方向"机-电-液"一体化的专业特色,研究人才培养的专业知识结构、专业能力结构和专业素质结构,对培养目标、课程体系、教学模式和师资队伍建设等方面进行探索,构建了特色专业人才的培养模式,经多年的实践,取得了很好的培养效果。 Aimed at the demand for "fluid transmission and control" professionals according to Beijing- Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development, the professional characteristics of "mechanics-electrics-hydraulics" were analyzed. The talent training system and the professional knowledge, ability and quality needed were studied. The training objectives, curriculum system, teaching mode, faculty team construction and other aspects were explored. Based on all this, a characteristic talent training model was established, which has got a good training effect in the past few years of practice.
