双能量CT技术及其对泌尿系结石成分分析的临床应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 介绍了双能量CT设备独特的发展历程、硬件设备、成像原理及成像技术特点,分析了泌尿系结石的成因和临床诊断与处理方法,重点阐述了双能量CT在泌尿系结石成分分析中的技术特点及其临床意义。指出双能量CT扫描技术对泌尿系结石成分分析有可靠的技术优势和临床实用性,可以准确分析结石成分,指导制定治疗计划。 The history, hardware, imaging principle and technical characteristics of dual-energy CT machine were described. The causes, clinical diagnosis and treatment of urinary calculi were analyzed. Dual-energy CT had its technical characteristics, clinical significance, advantages and practicality expounded in detail when used to determine the components of urinary calculi.
