摘要
氨合成催化剂升温还原的好坏直接影响其催化性能,本文综合论述了氨合成催化剂升温还原过程中水汽浓度不同的测定方法,从而选择更加准确、高效地测定升温还原中水汽浓度的方法,合理地掌握催化剂升温还原的进度和时间,使还原后的催化剂具有更好的催化活性。
The method of measuring the concentration of water vapor in the process of temperature increasing and reduction of ammonia synthesis catalyst is comprehensively discussed, and a more accurate and efficient method of measuring the concentration of water vapor in the temperature rising and reduction process is therefore selected. Thus, the progress rate and time of the catalyst's heating and reduction can be reasonably controlled and the reduced catalyst will have a better catalytic activity.
