摘要 介绍了80万t/a大型硫酸装置奥氏体不锈钢转化器的设计,重点围绕转化器选材、气体进口、隔板与密封结构、滑动支座等方面,就如何有效提高转化率、保证转化器长期稳定运行进行设计分析与优化,并提出了设计要点。 This essay introduces the design of austenitic stainless steel converter of 800 kt/a in large-scale sulphur acid plant. Designs in aspects sueh as the selection of converter material,gas input, baffle plate and sealing structure, sliding support are specifically discussed. The article also puts forward designing factors and analysis for effective improving of converting rate as well as a guarantee for its long-term stable operation.
