摘要
分子筛纯化器广泛应用于空气分离装置中,用以除去介质中的二氧化碳、水分及碳氢化合物等,使得纯化后的介质中水分及二氧化碳的含量降到百万分之一以下。但仍有许多原因可能会造成纯化器穿透、粉化等,最终导致吸附效能与出口工艺介质指标品质下降,缩短纯化器中分子筛的使用寿命。本文就如何延长纯化器分子筛的使用寿命进行分析。
Molecular sieve purifiers are widely used in air separation devices to remove carbon dioxide, moisture and hydrocarhons from the media,thus reducing the moisture and carbon dioxide content in the purified media to less than one millionth. However, for various reasons, it may lead to purifier penetration, powder pulverization which will decrease adsorption efficiency, export process media's quality indicators and also shorten the life of the molecular sieve in the purifier. This article mainly analyzes the way to extend the service life of the molecular sieve.
