摘要 污泥热解技术不仅能实现污泥的减量化、稳定化、无害化,还可产生可燃气、焦油等可燃物质。焦油作为污泥热解过程中不可避免的副产物,它的价值近年来受到广泛关注。介绍了污泥热解焦油产生机理及不同工艺条件、污泥性质和催化剂等对热解焦油产量及化学组成的影响,并讨论了目前人们对于污泥热解焦油的态度和处理方法,阐述了其作为新能源的研究进展和发展方向。 Pyrolysis technology of sludge can not only realize sludge reduction, stabilization, harmless, but also produce new combustible material, such as gas, tar. As the inevitable byproduct in the sludge treatment process, the value of tar attracted much attention in recent years. This paper introduced the mechanism of tar produced by pyrolysis of sludge, and the influence of treatment process ,sludge characteristics and catalysts on the yield and composition of tar. The atti- tudes and processing methods of pyrolysis tar were discussed. As a new energy, the research progress and development direction of pyrolysis tar wereexpounded.
