边疆治理视野中的国家认同问题析论

Analysis on the issue of national identity in the vision of frontier governance

边疆迥异于内地而独有的地缘属性和人文特性,导致了国家认同问题的生成与强化。边疆地区的国家认同问题突出表现为民族认同与国家认同之间的关系问题,并呈现出不同的发展演变趋势。重识国家认同问题及其内在生成机理,是维持边疆秩序、优化边疆治理及构筑国家认同安全战略的理性选择。边疆地区的国家认同建设需要进行系统谋划,进而形塑以国家认同为核心的良好认同关系和认同结构,达成对其他认同形式或关系的统摄、整合和规约。同时,要通过多维认同建设强化国家认同,尤其是突出执政党认同建设和中华民族认同建设对国家认同的有力支撑。

The frontier area is different from the mainland and its unique geographical and cultural charac- teristics. It leads to the formation and strengthening of the national identity. The issue of national identity in the frontier area gives expression to the issue of the relationship between the nationality identity and the nation- al identity. On this basis, it presents different trends of development and evolution. Restudying national iden- tity and its inherent formation mechanism is a rational choice to maintain the order of the frontier, to optimize control of the border area and to construct the national identity security strategy. The national identity con- struction in frontier area needs to be planned systematically, and then forming good identity relationship and structure that takes national identity as the core, and the command, protocol and integration in other identity forms or relations. At the same time, the national identity needs to be strengthened through the construction of multidimensional identity, especially highlighting the identity construction of the ruling party and the identity construction of the Chinese nations, so as to support national identity.
