摘要
用牺牲模板法制备了多层氧化锡锑(ATO)空心球。利用X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、光热转换测试装置等对产物进行了分析表征。结果表明:控制锡锑总离子浓度和吸附温度可以调控ATO空心球的壳层数量。ATO空心球的光热转换效率与其壳层数量有关,层数越多光热转换效果越好,3层ATO空心球的光热转换效率最好,达到30.69%。
In this thesis,multi-shelled antimony-doped tin oxide(ATO)hollow spheres were synthesized by using a sacrificial template method.The samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and photo-thermal conversion test device.The results showed that the number of ATO hollow sphere shells can be controlled by changing the concentration of ion and adsorbent temperature.Optical absorption and utilization efficiency of ATO hollow spheres can be influenced by its shells number.Increasing the number of shells results in higher photo-thermal conversion efficiency.Photo-thermal conversion efficiency(up to30.69%)of triple-shelled ATO hollow spheres is the best.
